“I am considered a professional person who is a 'high achiever' and thus able to solve 'all' issues (i.e. requires no help!) ... and honestly had naively never considered the potential impact coaching could/would have.. until I met Caroline. For some time my life had felt 'out of kilter' but I continued to fail to examine and address the issues..
